These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
1. Definitions and Company Details
- "Company", "We", "Us", "Our"refers to Seavirello.
- "Customer", "You", "Your"refers to the individual or entity accessing our website or booking our services.
- "Services"refers to the local day and multi-day cruises, including charter options, displayed on our website and coordinated through our office.

Our team is available from Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM HKT.
2. Website Use and Consultation Bookings
- Our website displays information regarding the 10 distinct cruisesand customizable charter options available.
- Free Consultation: Customers can request a consultation appointment through the website by selecting an available calendar date.
- No Online Booking/Payment: Booking a consultation through the website does not constitute a final trip reservation, and no charges are levied online. The website serves solely as an information and appointment scheduling platform.
3. Itinerary Personalization and Office Visits
- To finalize a journey, the Customer must attend the scheduled appointment at our office address: Prestige Tower, 23-25 Nathan Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
- Our representatives will work with you to design your journey. Personalization includes selecting specific onboard activities, dining choices, and similar entertainment options based on your needs. This consultation does not alter standard maritime route timings or schedules.
- A finalized cost estimate will be provided to you in person at the conclusion of this session.
- Any changes to the agreed itinerary must be conveyed to our team before 48 hours of the date of departure. We won’t be able to make any changes post the 48 hours deadline.
4. Payment Terms
Important Notice: We operate strictly on an offline payment model.
- Cash Only: To secure a cruise booking, the total quoted amount must be paid in full at our office. We accept cash payments only. No credit cards, digital wallets, bank drafts, or other electronic payment methods are accepted at the office for booking confirmation.
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is only deemed secure and finalized once the full cash amount is received by our representative.
5. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is strictly determined by the timeframe of the cancellation notice prior to the scheduled departure time:

Refund Processing Methods
If a cancellation request satisfies the criteria above, the refund will be processed via one of the following two methods:
- Cash Refund: The Customer must visit our physical office in Tsim Sha Tsui to collect the cash refund.
- Bank Transfer: If preferred, the refund can be transferred to a local bank account. Upon approval of the cancellation request, the Customer must provide valid bank account details securely via email to [email protected].
6. Scope of Service and Local Operations
- Seavirello offers only local cruise operations. All journeys span either a single day or multiple days entirely within the territorial waters of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- For bespoke requirements, charter options are available, granting you the autonomy to select your onboard lifestyle elements, dining programs, and activities within local maritime boundaries.
7. Privacy and Personal Data Protection
We value your privacy and process all personal information in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
- Data Collection: We collect minimal personal data (such as name, phone number, and email address) necessary to arrange your consultation and manage your booking.
- Data Utilization: Your email address and phone number will be utilized solely for communication regarding your appointment, itinerary updates, or refund processing.
- Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell or trade your data. Your data is never shared with third parties except as required by Hong Kong law.
8. Limitation of Liability and Compliance
- All maritime operations comply with the regulations set forth by the Marine Department of Hong Kong.
- The Company maintains standard passenger liability insurance as mandated by HKSAR laws. We recommend that customers secure their own comprehensive travel or personal accident insurance.
- If there are any service modifications or cancellations arising from adverse weather conditions (such as Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals or Black Rainstorm Warnings issued by the Hong Kong Observatory), instructions from maritime authorities, or other events beyond our control, we will try whatever we can to help you out. In such scenarios we will offer you with two distinct of options of either rescheduling your trip or availing a complete refund from us. Refunds will be ensured using the given refund method above.
