We understand that plans can change and thus, allow customers to cancel. However, in case the cancellation request is placed before 48 hours from the date of departure, you will get a full refund. However, after that a 50% penalty fee will be charged on all cancellations.
If a customer is unable to show up at the time of the departure on the selected date, it is seen as a cancellation of the trip. However, in the case of no show, no refund of the paid amount is facilitated in the case of any customer. We don't take liability for any customer failing to board.
